The use of this website and the process of ordering goods are governed by these terms and conditions at all times.

While we do our very best to ensure that access to our websites will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free, due to the nature of the internet this cannot be guaranteed. We may also have to restrict or suspend access occasionally for repairs and/or maintenance; however this will be limited to an absolute minimum.

An order placed by you on our site represents an offer to us for the purchase of the goods. This offer is only accepted by us when the item has been dispatched to you. You will be informed as soon as possible of any changes or cancellations made to your order. When paying by credit card, once hair-goddess has received your purchase request we will begin to process. Please be aware your credit card will be billed immediately after purchase, all transactions are in GBP, Fulfillment to the contract is, when the goods leave our facility.

Should there be any adjustments to your order, your card will be credited / debited accordingly (please note that we cannot make an additional charge to a Credit or Debit card without authorization from the customer). For transaction security we use SSL encryption

To protect your card against fraudulent use, orders placed on our sites can only be dispatched to the address where the card is registered or a registered business address. All released items that are currently in stock are normally shipped on the next working day. However, if your order was for an unreleased product, we aim to supply pre-ordered items to your door on the day of release. Once you've placed your order, on completion of the transaction we'll send you an e-mail receipt confirming total cost including delivery charges. Hair-goddess will not add any additional fees to your purchase if you pay via any of the card type supported

The stock status displayed on our web site should only be used as a guide. It's updated once daily, and as such should not be relied upon for urgent orders. We cannot be any more specific about availability. If a product is no longer in stock, your goods will be put on back order until sufficient stock arrives at our warehouse. Should we be unable to obtain stock, we will either cancel the order and send you a letter confirming our action, or contact you with a possible alternative at our discretion.

Order cancellations are accepted up until the time of dispatch, this usually applies to all orders on back order awaiting stock, and those which have been placed that day. Cancellations are only accepted over the phone on our sales line. Although we pride ourselves on providing accurate and up-to-date information, form time to time errors and omissions do occur. We reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services without notice but you can be sure that hair-goddess will act as quickly as possible to rectify errors and omissions as soon as we are notified of them.


Placing an Order
On placing an order with hair-goddess you will automatically be sent a confirmation email to the address you have supplied. This will contain your order details, the prices of all items in the order, the delivery charge and method. This will be followed by an order status email with all delivery (or other) details.
If goods you have ordered are delayed or out of stock you will be sent an email advising you and giving you the option to cancel part or all of the order. Orders can also be checked by logging into our website 6-12 hours after placing the order.


Delivery costs are as follows:

1st Class royalmail £3.50
Special Delivery Next Day £6.50 only for orders over £20
Customers should select 1st Class royalmail for smaller orders. Orders are generally dispatched within the next working day, but please allow up to a further 3-5 working days for delivery. Please note that the majority of UK orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Returns / cancellations Policy
12 MONTH GUARANTEE
We only supply products of the highest quality and offer a 12 month guarantee on all our Ghd hair straighteners. If your goods are faulty or incorrect upon receipt you must notify us by e-mail within 48 hours. We will refund or replace upon return of these goods. We cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged whilst being returned. Please contact us before returning any goods, they may need to be directed to the manufacture for inspection or repair. Please note we do not operate on a sale or return basis on personal items such as ceramic irons and hair care items for hygiene reasons. Faulty items should be directed to the manufacturers after a period of two weeks from the invoice date. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

For all cosmetics and skin care products you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 5 working days for a full refund, not including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Returns are sent at your own expense.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
